Insight Reinvestment Rules
- The Standard and Professional plans have limited reinvestments (2 chances), but direct investment is allowed. Reinvestment must differ from the previous amount.
- The Deluxe and Diamond plans have unlimited reinvestments.
- If you exceed the reinvestment limit by 2 times, you must either balance your account or migrate to the next ski pass.
- Violation of transfer rules could result in account suspension.
- Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours. Minimum withdrawal is $10.
- Do not send payment to any external wallet not listed on the official company website. Doing so is at your own risk.
Collection of Information
By registering for and/or using the Services in any way, you agree to the Terms of Service, rules, and policies published on the Site. These may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Use and Disclosure of Information
- No two consecutive withdrawal requests are allowed without reinvestment in between.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

- If requested for withdrawal, kindly be patient — withdrawals are processed in less than 24 hours. Minimum withdrawal amount is $10.
- Do not send payments to any external wallet not provided on the company site. Doing so is at your own risk, and the company won't be held responsible for lost funds.

Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Houston, Texas. You waive rights to class actions and jury trials.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Jurisdiction lies in Texas courts.
Modifications
We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of changes.
Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our control.
- Assignment: Terms may not be transferred without our consent.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of future enforcement.
